These terms apply to the SignWren website at signwren.com, the guides on it, and the waitlist. The site is run by Vasa Trend AI LLC (dba SignWren). By using the site you agree to them. The SignWren app will have its own terms of service when it launches.
Are the guides legal advice?
No. The guides are general information about electronic signatures, written to be accurate on the date shown on each one. Laws change and every situation is different, so don't rely on them as legal advice for a specific contract or dispute. For that, talk to a lawyer licensed where you are. Using this site doesn't create a lawyer-client relationship with anyone.
What does joining the waitlist mean?
Joining the waitlist means you'd like to hear about early access. It doesn't reserve a price, a feature or a place, and it doesn't commit you to anything. We may change or end the waitlist, or decide not to launch some features, at any time.
What can't I do on the site?
Don't use the site to break the law, send us automated or fake sign-ups, try to get into parts of the system you're not meant to, or interfere with how it runs. Don't sign anyone else up without their permission.
Who owns the content?
The SignWren name, logo, design and the text of the guides belong to Vasa Trend AI LLC. You're welcome to quote short passages with a link back to the page. Other companies' names and trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used only to describe their products.
Links to other websites
The guides link to laws, government pages and product documentation run by others. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.
Disclaimers and limits on liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't make promises about it being error-free or always available, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Which law applies?
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
